- Cancellation Policy
STANDARD DISPATCH PROCEDURE
FROM BOSTON: An early Morning Trip with a pickup time Before 9 a.m. is usually dispatched by 9 p.m. The preceeding day. All other trips are usually dispatched 4 to 6 hours prior to pickup time.
- RESCHEDULING OF AIRPORT SERVICE is possible at no extra Charge, as long as rescheduling is requested before the driver is dispatched.
- CANCELLATION AIRPORT AND NEW ENGLAND SERVICE:
THE FULL FARE will be charged for cancellatrion in the two following cases:
- Cancellation after the driver has already been dispatched
(See Standard Dispatch Procedure)
- If the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location (NO - Show). If for any reason you cannot locate your chauffeur Call Boston Limo Car @ 1-888-239-5959. To avoid being billed as No-SHOW, do not leave your location without contacting Boston Limo Car you must contact by phone.
A $15 ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE FOR SERVICE:
Will apply if cancellation is requested before the driver has been dispatched.
- CANCELLATION OF CHARTERED SERVICE:
A minimum of 7 days is required for cancellations of all charter arrangement (e.g. weddings, point to point reservations, Proms) to avoid the charge of the full fare plus 20% gratuity. A non-refundable 35% is taken on all charters.
PLEASE NOTE: BOSTON LIMO CAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE DELAYED OR NOT RENDERED DUE TO MOTHER NATURE OR TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
- Limitations of Liability
BOSTON LIMO CAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Loss or damage to luggage, including contents.
- Carry-on items that may be damaged.
- Cash, jewelry and electronic items (telephones, laptop computers and all other electronics) that may be lossed or damaged.
At Boston Limousine, we take pride in our promptness, courtesy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. We have a full fleet of limousines that are ready to serve any limo party, and for any occasion. We will never cancel on you at the last minute, and in return, we expect that you will not cancel on us. If a car is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 5 hours at the minimum rate plus 20% gratuity.
We understand that problems may arise subsequent to booking a limousine that are beyond your control. In the event of a missed flight, please call us at 1-888-239-5959, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so that you will not be charged for the full wait time.

Corporate Travel. Corporate Limousine Services.
Corporate business accounts can be billed on a onetime, weekly, or a monthly basis. We can run a company card for each corporate event or one-way trip. We have set up custom corporate packages for continuing corporate limousine customers.
With each point of travel, we can e-mail or fax your office a receipt. We offer same day email and faxing of all corporate receipts. Just tell us how you want to set up the billing process, and we should be able to accommodate your needs. Tell us what you need, and we will be sure to make it happen.
Boston Limo's Policy on Late Arrivals and No Shows
In order to continue our company as a successful operation, we need to make out staff driver's time as productive as possible. No shows caused wasted time and expenses to our whole staff, hindering our ability to buy new limousines and maintain our excellent staff. In this regard, we regretfully must charge our no shows and last minute cancellations. Last minute cancellations hinder our ability to book other jobs for our cars and drivers, and this makes it more difficult to maintain our staff and vehicles.
We take our appointment time very seriously, and we hope that you do the same for us. We hope that you understand that this is not only in the best interest of Boston Limo but also of you, our valued customers. At Boston Limousine's discretion, all no shows will be billed the total invoice plus driver gratuity. Delays or cancellations for airport pickups must be made 5 hours before the appointment time of the reservation to avoid being billed as a no show. We understand that things can happen, we just ask for some heads up time so that we can have the chance to make other arrangements. We expect all non-airport pickup reservation cancellations to be made at least 24 hours to avoid billing for the total rate plus driver gratuity. Boston Limo clients will not be charged for cancelled or late flights.
Bear in mind that charging for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and for no shows is the last thing we want to do. Boston Limo builds our business on repeat business, and we would never do anything to hurt our customers. We believe that this policy enables us to get the most productivity out of our workers, and it gives us the resources to keep our fleet in good condition. This policy also eliminates driver downtime, and it enables us to keep our excellent staff of chauffeurs. In short, it enables us to run an efficient, well staffed operation here.
Our staff of limo drivers are fully licensed, and all are experienced and safe drivers. Our drivers will go above and beyond to make our clients happy, and we even will have suggestions if you need help coming with some new ideas. We have a large fleet of beautiful stretch limousines, and we can't wait to pick you up and take you across town.
